AUS PGR was in Taylor, TX today to stand up for Willie Jerry Gore 75. Willie Gore enlisted in the US Air Force in Jan 1963 and served until Nov 1966, including a Vietnam tour. He left the service as a Senior Airman. He then obtained his Associates in Law Enforcement degree and served as a Texas State Trooper from 1967 to 1981. We had 7 PGR members standing a flag line at the Church, riding in the funeral procession and a 2nd flag line at the Cemetery. The family walked the flag line and thanked us for honoring Willie Gore.
