March 10, 2011 at 6:31 am #3129markwellsKeymasterNewbie asking for a ride, if anyone is coming from the Bastrop area. I can help with fuel and/or supplies, or try to return the favor, at a later time. I have gear, if riding double.
Bike is elsewhere, in pieces… Only 1 car, and the girls already planned to go shopping (some Bastrop thing, downtown).
512-308-9891 Should be home most of the time, between now and then, since I'm the stay-at-home parent.
Thanks!

March 13, 2011 at 1:08 am #3135markwellsKeymasterA big thanks for the great turn out today for Warren Young. With 40 bikes and 2 cages, we stood tall. We also had 3 first mission riders and one active duty. Riders coming from other areas included Centex and San Antonio.
Everyone handled a couple of "Semper Gumby" items with patience and grace, and it was certainly appreciated.
Thanks go out to Mark, Andy, and Terry for getting up early to accompany Mr. Young from the funeral home to the church, as well as Dick and Steve for their assistance with parking and traffic,
and our flag wranglers. Thanks guys.
It was an honor to stand with you all today!March 13, 2011 at 9:55 pm #3137markwellsKeymasterMy sincere thanks to Jeff for allowing me to ride with him to this mission. It was greatly appreciated.

We have a good group of folks; that helps to make little hic-ups appear seamless to the family.
It was an honor to stand with you all for this hero. -
