    Confirmed Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral service for Mr. Warren Lee Grant. Mr. Grant served in the US Army from 1966 to 1968 including one year in Vietnam. He left the service as a Corporal.

    Date/Time: Friday, 20 September 2019. Funeral service begins at 10 am.

    Location: Ebenezer Baptist Church, 1010 East 10th Street, Austin, TX 78702. We will stage at the church.

    9:00 am – 9:20 am – Staging
    9:20 am – Briefing
    9:25 am – Flag line

    Wx: High 94F. Mixed clouds and sun with scattered thunderstorms. Chance of rain 50%

    Notes: Bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. This is a flag line only for the funeral service. At the conclusion of the service we will strike the flag line and depart quietly. Burial will take place the same day at 1 pm at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Centex PGR has been invited to stand for the burial portion.

    8 patriots dealt with the heat to stand for Mr. Grant. The family went through the line & thanked us for honoring him. At the conclusion, 5 of us went to the Folkes mission & others went to the Pickrel mission.
