This mission conflicts with the airport recovery mission for SSG ColonVazquez and is therefore scrubbed.

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in a flag retirement ceremony to be held at the Granger City Park. The event is sponsored by the local American Legion post and Boy Scout Troup #167. The City of Granger has organized it into a community wide event at which anyone with a worn, tattered US Flag can have it destroyed in the proper manner as prescribed by the US Flag code.

Location: Granger City Park, Granger, TX.

Staging Location: Shell gas station, 309 S Commerce St, Granger, TX 76530. The station is located on the south side of town, east side of Hwy 95.

The airport recovery mission Tuesday late afternoon for SSG ColonVasquez conflicts with this Flag Day ceremony mission and takes priority. As a result once the schedule for the airport recovery mission is confirmed this mission will be scrubbed.

This mission is a Stand Down. It conflicts with the airport recovery mission for SSG ColonVasquez. Our fallen active duty and veteran military always have priority.
