Short Notice Confirmed mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral service for Chief Gunners Mate Wallace "Chief" Kelm. Mr. Kelm served in the US Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theater and afterward on numerous ships, retiring from the Navy in 1959 after 30 yrs of service. He then became Lead Jailer with the Austin Police Department, retiring after 20 years there. Location: Cook-Walden Forest Oaks Memorial Park, 6300 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78749. This is the Oak Hill Cook Walden location. We will stage at the funeral home.
