The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family to stand and honor Edward Bender Sr. for funeral services at Schertz Funeral Home on Friday (Oct 11) at 10:00am, then move in LEO escorted procession to Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery for interment with military honors. Edward retired from the Air Force after serving 31 years as a Chief Master Sergeant, during which time he served in the Korean War and Vietnam. If available, please try to attend to honor one of our Veterans and help support the family during their time of loss. Thank you.
