Chief Warrant Officer 4 Luis Huapaya

The Patriot Guard has been invited to stand and honor Chief Warrant Officer 4 Luis Huapaya (Army Veteran) on Thursday for services at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, at 10:30am, with interment and military honors to follow at 1:30pm at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery (shelter tba). CW4 Huapaya and his family requested the Patriot Guard as part of his prearranged services. If available, please try to attend to honor one of our Veterans and help support the family during their time of loss. Thank you.
Brief bio provided by the US Army Survivor Outreach Services: Chief Warrant Officer 4 Luis Huapaya died on 06 June 13 after a long battle with cancer. CW4 Huapaya was medically retired from the US Army in Sept 2009, subsequent to injury sustained during his deployment in Iraq. During his time in service, CW4 Huapaya served in Iraq (2005-2006), Kosovo (2002-2003), Bosnia (1998-1999) and Haiti (1994-1995).
