Confirmed San Antonio Mission
John Moran Sr
The Patriot Guard has been invited to stand and honor John Moran Sr., Friday (Sept 28) for services and interment. John had an extensive military career, serving his country proudly, starting as a Merchant Marine in World War II, during which time he joined the Army and returned to Europe to continue his service during WWII. His military career continued with several tours during the Korean War, and then during the Vietnam War, after which he retired from the Army as a CW2 as a highly decorated Veteran, including the Bronze Star. Services will be held at St. Monica Church, in Converse at 11:30am, with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:30pm (shelter tba). It is always an honor to be included in remembering one of our Veterans, especially a three war Veteran. If available, please try to attend to stand and honor John Moran Sr., and help support the family during their time of loss. Thank you.
