A Note from George Briscoe Assistant Deputy State Captain
    SA Area PGR

WEATHER UPDATE for CPT Samuel Munn mission Wednesday.

Highs just above freezing in the city, winds of 25+ MPH.

SERIOUSLY, it is OK to "cage it". I will be.

If you are on a bike, remember how windy it will be. Big flags are not recommended. Safety first!

Dress for conditions and remember your gloves for when we're in the flag line.

    From George Briscoe, RC

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold to honor Captain Munn today.

Eight of us "caged it" and stood in the flag line, including some of his fellow Vietnam Veterans. The bagpiper at the cemetery did a remarkable job in the freezing conditions.

Thank you to Jimmy Dixon for bringing the flags.

    George Briscoe, RC

P.S: Just before I left Ft Sam, I called the time & temperature number. It said 25º. Brrr.
