Flag Wrangler: Don FergusonSeptember 8, 2017 at 12:02 am #4994texas coyoteModeratorPart One of this Mission is complete. We had 3 bikes, 1 trike and 1 cage in attendance. The Patriot Guard escorted the "Remembering Our Fallen" van and one 'Gold Star" Mother to the Lakeside Pavilion in a procession of many Firetrucks, other Fire Dept vehicles and Law Enforcement personnel. It was about a 10 minute ride from the staging area to the pavilion. The weather was great and of course with all the law Enforcement present, The Road Was all Ours.
Thank you to all who attended today. I hope everyone made it back home safely and looking forward to seeing everyone at the Ceremony on Monday Sept. 11th.September 12, 2017 at 12:33 am #4996texas coyoteModeratorPart Two of the Mission is now complete. We had 10 souls in the Flag line and the community turn out was great. Once the Ceremony started we struck the flag line so our members could attend the Ceremony if they wanted. Most of them did attend and it was pretty much standing room only.
Thank you to all attending today and I hope all made the trip home without incident. Also, Wrangler Don, what can I say. Another great job of having our flags where they needed to be when we needed them there.
Thanks again to ALL of you,
TC -
