The Austin Patriot Guard Riders were in Kyle/San Antonio Texas today to honor the life of Sergeant Oscar Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez served in the US Army from 1975-1981. Eleven PGR stood in a flag line at Harrell Funeral Home in Kyle Texas. Flag Wrangler Max Vasquez passed out the flags and supplied water on a very warm day. Patti Hutto (Ride Caption trainee) led six of us on a LEO escorted procession down to Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio. The weather was hot and dry on our trip down to San Antonio however it rained hammer down on the way home. Thanks for all that attended.
