Confirmed Mission: MSGT Billy Ray Richardson, active duty US Army soldier, passed away from COVID 19 on 06 October 2021. He will be returned to the Austin area from Ft Sam Houston on Saturday, and his family has requested the presence of the PGR at his arrival in honor of his service to our nation.
