Every mission is special and some stand out. This was one of those. 9 patriots gathered to stand in the high wind & cold. The family, especially the Major's wife, went out of their way to thank us & tell us about their veteran. We thanked her for inviting us to share their special day. Anytime we get to show honor & respect to a fallen veteran & his family, it is special for us. Thank you for giving us that privilege.
I want to welcome new PGR rider Gregg & his BMW. Good looking ride. Soup filled in for Nicki with bringing the flags & helping to stake 5 in front of the Chapel. We formed a flag line there first then moved it to the interment site.
Thanks to all for your dedication & patriotism.

Nice job, Austin PGR! A fine flag line for this veteran despite it being downtown on a Friday with temps and winds in the 40's. Thank you!
