Confirmed mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral service for LtCol Donald H. Bunnell. LtCol Bunnell served in the USMC and US Army and saw combat in the Pacific Theater during WWII. Additional details of his service are pending.

We had 10 in the flag line today honoring the long service of LtCol Bunnell. Riders arrived via cage, motorcycle, and golf cart! We were fortunate to have shade at the entrance to the church in which to stand. Thank you to all who attended.

A display inside the church bore witness to the colonel's long and meritorious service with both the Marine Corps and Army. RIP, sir.
