The family of Lt. Commander Wilber Joe Harper has invited the PGR to
attend the services for their loved one.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 17 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home at 3125 North Lamar Blvd., with viewing and visitation starting at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Austin Memorial Cemetery 2800 Hancock Drive, Austin, Texas .
