    “Dear Mr. Wells,

Thank you so much for posting info for my husband's service and for standing watch and for those accompanying us to CTSVC. It was such an honor to have y'all there. Jarrell, Jay as I called him, was very much a patriot. He loved veterans. He loved his country. I've been carrying on what my husband started with my sons. Teaching them respect for others and honoring veterans everywhere.

I loved reading on another page, that one of our son's found, where people can write comments to Jay thanking him for his service. It really touched my heart. Thank you for noting that you didn't think you'd seen Ramsey FH parking lot so full. It was. He was loved by many near and far.

Thank you for your service. Thank you for your prayers for us.
God bless you and keep you safe!”

    Sincerely,
    Michelle Prater

“I want to thank your group.
I can't recall the name of the captain, but all of the ones I met were very professional, and I think dad would have been proud. I was surprised when the Austin Police escort led us down I35 and shut it down for the few miles we were on it. The whole process including the PG flag presentation was very impressive. Thank you again. It was very well done.”
