Confirmed Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral service for John Lyle Travis Moran. Mr. Moran served in the US Air Force from 1959- 1963. He served a year overseas and was awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for service in Southeast Asia. Location: Cook Walden Funeral Home Chapel of the Hills, 9700 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, TX 78750. This locations is one block west of the Hwy 183/Anderson Mill Rd intersection. We will stage at the funeral home.

Interment will take place at 2 pm at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. There is no procession planned from the funeral home to the cemetery. We had eight PGR this morning to honor Mr. Moran, five bikes and three cages. The rain was never a factory, more of an intermittent mist. Besides, we stood under the generous overhang/porch area which runs along the front of the building.
