Wx: Hi 74 deg, 90% rain chance, particularly in the afternoon. Cage it if desired, there is no procession.
Notes: Start hydrating the day before and bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. Dress for the weather. At the start of the funeral service we will break down the flag line and depart quietly.
We had nine patriots standing in the light drizzle this morning to honor Mr. Dickerson's service to our nation, including a first time rider. Welcome, Debbie! And of course Charles and Kenny couldn't resist riding in the rain. The rest of us caged it.
The pastor and funeral director both said how impressed and thankful they were that we do what we do. Rest in Peace, Mr. John Ernest Dickerson Sr.
