The family of Lee Hernandez, a terminally ill US Army Veteran, requests the attendance and participation of the San Antonio Patriot Guard Riders in a visitation and drive by procession at the family's residence (location undisclosed at this time, issued to RC) and enjoy a BBQ with Lee and his friends.
Lee is terminally ill and recently blinded by his illness as noted by his wife, Ernestine Hernandez:
"Lee Hernandez, who is under hospice care at his home in New Braunfels, Texas, has continuous strokes that have affected his vision and cognitive abilities. July 22, 2017 at 4:11 pm #4977markwellsKeymasterI just looked at the calendar for the SA PGR. They have another 'extremely short notice' mission in Bandera so they may be spread a bit thin. I plan to make this one.
