Due to safety concerns, this mission is a stand down
A large group (approx. 30) of COIR riders arrived at the funeral home to ride in the procession to Killeen. This far exceeds the number of motorcycles in a procession we consider safe without law enforcement escort. As a result, the PGR mission was scrubbed.
Mr. Keane was a member of this club. Unfortunately, we were not aware of this or the planned turnout.
