Confirmed Mission: The family of Elizabeth Louise Knipscher, 79, has requested the Patriot Guard Riders accompany their loved one from Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown to Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen prior to her interment service. Betty heeded the call to proudly served her country in the US Women’s Army Corp from 1966-1968 as a recruiter and earned the rank of First Lieutenant

8:30 – 8:50 am – Staging

9:00 am – KSU for 26 mile ride up to CTSVC

Notes: Bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. Upon arrival at the cemetery we will fall under the direction of Centex PGR who will stand a flag line for the interment service.

Four PGR accompanied 1LT Knipscher and family from the funeral home in Georgetown to CTSVC in Killeen. We spoke with her husband and son who both expressed their thanks for our participation. It was our honor to do so.

Three bikes led ahead of the hearse and a trike flying three beautiful flags followed behind it, followed by 6 or so family vehicles. All went smoothly and per plan.
