Confirmed Mission: The family of Earl Delano Edwards has invited the PGR to participate in his funeral service.  Mr. Edwards served three years active duty in the US Army and three years in the Reserves. He left the service with the rank of SP4.

We had a nice turnout today with 11 in the flag line to honor SP4 Edwards, or “Budman” as he liked to be called. His nephew told us the nickname was a result of his love of Budweiser. His daughter came out to thank us with tears in her eyes, not having been told we would be there. The funeral director told me later that Mr. Edwards and a friend pre-planned his funeral and asked Ramsey FH to invite us. It was a privilege to be included.
