Confirmed mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the memorial service for Mr. David Lee Arnold. Mr. Arnold served in the US Army and Army Reserves from 1969 to 1975, leaving the service as a Specialist E-5.
An obituary is not posted.
Date/Time: Saturday, 27 April 2019. Memorial service begins at 2 pm.
Location: Bethel Cemetery, about 9 miles NE of Burnet, TX.
Staging location: Valero gas station, NE corner of Hwy 29 & 281 in Burnet.

1:15 pm – Briefing
1:30 pm – KSU for 12 minute ride to Bethel Cemetery
1:55 pm – Flag lineWx: Hi 85 deg, sunny
Notes: Bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. Sunscreen recommended. This is a flag line only for the inurnment ceremony. At the conclusion of the ceremony we will strike the flag line and depart.

Completed Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders were in Burnet TX Saturday April 27-2019 to show honors for David Lee Arnold.
David Arnold serve in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves from 1969 to 1975. We had 14 PGR members to honor David Arnold.
David Liked Motorcycling and had numerous friends riding with us to the cemetery on their Bikes. The family brought an American Flag
to the cemetery and ask the Patriot Guard to fold the Flag for them. Keith Longacre and Warren Longacre folded the flag.
We were assisted by Nicki Campbell and John Willy. We presented the Flag to David’s Grandson. This was a Gravesite Funeral.
Thanks to Nicki for setting up the flags. -
