[Gary Mayers]

Was a little bit cooler day to ride in support of the Gilbert Family. Three riders met at the cell phone lot at Austin Bergstrom to Honor Zachary Job Gilbert. The procession was from Austin Bergstrom to Young Daughters Funeral Home in Temple, TX. We were supposed to depart at 3:00 but the plane was late getting in so were delayed by and hour.
We finally departed at about 4:00 and the LEO did a great job controlling traffic. Once we got to the funeral home US Army troops were standing by to unload the Casket and move into the funeral home. We talked to some of the family and they thanked us for supporting them and honoring Zachary.

I thanked the other riders and wished them a safe trip home

RIP CPT Zachary Job Gilbert
