The family of Tech Sergeant Billy Embry has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service and Interment of their Loved One.
He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII and loved to tell stories about being on a little island in the South Pacific called Beack. After retiring from the Air Force, he served in the Civil Service from 1946 to 1972. Billy took early retirement at the age of 50, having reached a rank of GS-14, Step 9. He was extremely proud to have authored the World Wide Procedures Manual for Commissary Procurement. Billy was a life member of the VFW and DAV as well as being a Master Mason for 65 years.
