    CONFIRMED CENTEX MISSION
    SSG Marcus Anthony Vea, US Army, Retired, Belton, TX

    The family of Staff Sergeant Marcus Vea has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service of their Loved One on Monday, 5 Dec 11 at 1300 in Temple, TX.

    "Mark" retired from the US Army in May 1994 after more than 20 years of service. He was employed by Northrop Grumman for the past 10 years.

    FUNERAL SERVICE

    Staging Time: 1200

    Briefing: 1210

    Flagline Establishment: 1215 +/- Once the service has begun, we will strike the flagline and prepare for the procession to the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

    Note: Please arrive at staging topped off, hydrated, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.

    INURNMENT

    For those able to attend only the cemetery portion of this mission, the following is submitted:

    Staging Time: 1405

    Staging Location: The intersection across from the Columbarium at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located on Hwy 195 just south of Killeen, TX.

    Briefing: 1410 Once briefed and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will take our stations with flags and await arrival of the procession.

    Note: Please arrive hydrated, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
