    Copperas Cove Firefighter, Retired, OF Kempner, TX

    The family of Staff Sergeant Charles Taylor has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service and Interment of their Loved One.

    Charles served his country for 21 years in the Army. After retirement he found his true calling as a Firefighter in Copperas Cove, where he retired after 22 years of service. Charles was a devoted member of the Moose Lodge #2029 in Copperas Cove and also a founding member of Moose Riders C2.     Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located off TX 195 just south of Killeen, TX tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme

    Briefing: 1310 – Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags and await arrival of the procession.

    WX: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 86. Calm wind becoming east southeast around 5 mph in the afternoon.
