The Family of Specialist Kevin Hardin has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in the Funeral and Interment of their Loved One on Friday, 27 Jan 12 at Heritage Funeral Home Harker Heights, TX 76548 with interment to follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
Kevin served in the US Army from 2007-2009. He was medically retired due to severe injuries received in Samarra, Iraq on 30 Sep 07. His military awards include the Purple Heart, Combat Medic Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Army Achievement Medal.

Flagline Establishment: 0815 +/- Once the service has begun, we will strike the flagline and prepare to participate in the procession bringing Kevin to his final resting place at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

For those able to attend only the Interment Service, the following is submitted:
Staging Time: 1005
Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, located on Hwy 195 just south of Killeen, TX.
Briefing: 1010 – Upon clearance, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags and await arrival of the procession.
