    The family of Sergeant Major Steven Timmerman has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service and Interment of their Loved One.

    Steven served as the Chaplain for the Killeen Fire Department for 11 years and was an Associate Pastor at Grace Christian Center. SGM Timmerman retired with 22 years of service. Steven's full obituary may be found here: http://www.chisolmsfuneral.com/memsol.cgi?user_id=1126133

    Flagline Establishment: 1125 +/- Once the Funeral Service begins; we will strike the flagline and prepare to participate in the procession to the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

    Notes:

    1. Be at staging ON TIME and topped off.

    2. There will be a LONG break between the beginning of the Service and departure for the cemetery. Consider bringing a snack and extra drinks.

    Briefing: 1415 – Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags and await arrival of the procession.

    WX: Mostly sunny, with a high near 71. North wind around 5 mph.

    Note: Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
