    SHORT NOTICE – CONFIRMED MISSION
    PFC Leonard Isaiah Kelley, US Army Veteran, Temple, TX

    The family of Private First Class Leonard Kelley has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral and Interment of their Loved One on Tuesday, 2 Aug 11.

    Leonard was born on June 17, 1933, to Oliver and Nellie Bell Scott Kelley in Milano. He was a graduate of Dunbar High School in Temple and Paul Quinn College in Waco. On May 12, 1956, he married Virginia Busby. He served in the US Army and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon and a Trustee. He worked for the Olin E. Teague Veteran Center in Temple and the US Postal System.

    Flagline Establishment: 1015 +/- Once the Funeral Service begins, we will determine if the PGR will participate in the procession to CTSVC and proceed accordingly.

    INTERMENT

    For those able to attend only the cemetery portion of this mission, the following is submitted:

    Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, located on Hwy 195 just south of Killeen, TX.

    Staging Time: 1205

    Briefing: 1210 – Upon clearance, we will move to set up flags and await the procession bringing Leonard from Temple to his final resting place.
