LTC Cephus Lee Roupe, US Army, Active Duty, Salado, TX
The family of Lieutenant Colonel Cephus Roupe has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service of their Loved One on Saturday, 10 Mar 12 in Salado, TX.
Lieutenant Colonel Roupe proudly served his country in the US Army for 36 years and was currently stationed at Headquarters, Southern Regional Medical Command, Ft Sam Houston. He will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia with full military honors at a later date.

1st Flagline Establishment: 1215 +/- Once the service has begun, we will strike the flagline and await the end of the Service, at which time we will establish another flagline to honor LTC Roupe's departure back to Temple.
2d Flagline Establishment: 1400 +/- Once LTC Roupe has departed the Church, we will strike the flagline and riders will be released.
WX: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. High near 48. North wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Notes:
1. The weather is expected to be wet with possible thunderstorms and since there is no procession, it is recommended that riders CAGE it.
2. Arrive hydrated, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
