CONFIRMED CENTEX SHORT NOTICE MISSION
CSM Donald Jaszkowski, US Army, Retired
Vietnam & Korean War VeteranThe family of Command Sergeant Major Donald Jaszkowski has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders in the Funeral and Interment of their Loved one on Friday, 28 Oct 11 at 1400 at the Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. We have been asked to participate in the procession to the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery following the Funeral Service.
Command Sergeant Major Jaszkowski served in Vietnam and received the Bronze Star Medal. After retirement, he served as the executive director of the Killeen Housing Authority. He was a member of the Retired Sergeants Major Association, the Korean Veterans Association, the Vietnam Veterans Association, VFW, DAV and JQ Adams American Legion post.

FUNERAL SERVICE
Staging Time: 1305
Staging Location: Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 1615 S Fort Hood St, Killeen, TX 76542 tinyurl.com/ykp5q6o

Flagline Establishment: 1315 +/-
Once the Funeral Service has begun, we will strike the flagline, return to our bikes and prepare to participate in the procession to the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

INTERMENT
For those able to participate only in the Interment portion of this mission, the following is submitted:
Staging Time: 1405 (OR Stand fast if you attended the previous mission an hour earlier).
Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, located on Hwy 195 just south of Killeen, TX.
Briefing: Once Family Members from the previous funeral vacate the shelter, members will move to the shelter and receive a briefing there.

WX: Mostly cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 62. North northeast wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Notes: Please arrive hydrated, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
