    The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in a memorial service for Tom Owens 52, United States Army Veteran. Tom entered the Army in 1981 and served stateside and in Germany as Military Police. He served with the Austin Police Dept. beginning in 1999.

    Date/Time: Friday, May 1st, 2015 3:30pm

    Location: Cook Walden Chapel of the Hills, 9700 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin Tx

    Directions: We will stage at the funeral home. The funeral home is located on Anderson Mill Rd, just off US 183, south of RR 620/SH 45 toll road. Directions from 183 and IH35 with this link:

    Notes: Start hydrating the day before and bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. Dress for the weather. Sunblock recommended. Once the service begins, we will strike the flag line and depart quietly.

    There were six bikes and four cages that came Eleven were able to stand in honor of Tom Owens. Some of those that came had also attended the services for Kristin Mclain. There were several police offices that were able to be at the service and the visitation . We were thanked for being there.
