    The family has requested the PGR to participate in the funeral service of Sgt. Albert Valvo at Harrell Funeral Home, Kyle Texas at 10:00am.

    Date: Friday, October 4th, 2013

    Staging Location: Harrell Funeral Home, 1715 Kirby Ln, Kyle Texas.

    Directions: We will stage at the Funeral Home.
    Travelling South on IH35 take exit 215 (FM1626/Kyle Parkway), turn right on Kohlers Crossing, go 2.2 miles, turn left on Powell (just before FM2770), Take the first right at traffic circle onto Kirby Ln. Funeral Home will be on your right.

    Staging: 09:00

    Briefing: 09:30am – Establish Flagline

    Wx: Partly Cloudy, lo – 70, hi – 90

    Please arrive on time, and hydrate prior to the mission.
    Bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend.
    Dress for the hot weather. Suggest sun block. This will be a flagline only at the Funeral Home. Once the funeral service has began, we will strike the flag line and depart.
    There will not be a procession to the burial at Ft. Sam Houston. San Antonio PGR will have a flagline there for 1:30 service.

    Please make plans for attending to honor this man who served his country in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam.


    9 Riders showed their respects to SGT Valvo, his family and friends. The family was moved and very grateful for our presence.

    Thanks to Bob for wrangling the flags, couldn't 'a done it without you, man!
