    Confirmed Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to attend and participate in the unveiling of a Vietnam Monument in Granger, Texas.

    Date/Time: Saturday, July 19th, 2014 12:00 noon
    Location: City Park, Granger Texas

    Directions: We will stage at the park in Granger. Going north on Hwy 95 from Taylor and entering Granger, turn East (right) at the flashing light on Davilla St, and go 2 blocks toward Willis St. The park is on the north/west corner, across the street from City Hall and The Cotton Club.

    11:15am – 11:40am Staging
    11:40am – Mission Briefing
    11:55am – Flag Line

    Wx: Lo – 76 Hi – 96 Partly Cloudy with 30% Chance of Rain (KVUE Wx)

    Notes: Start hydrating the day before and bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. Dress for the weather. Recommend sunblock and a hat be worn.
    This will be a flag line during the ceremony only.

    Please try to make this ride to stand for the small town of Granger, the families who lost loved ones in Vietnam, and the military heros who served there.


    One of the City Council Members said they would put some pic's on their city website about the monument. Probably should give them a few days then click on this link for the website.


    Thanks to everyone who came to the dedication of this monument to the Vietnam Veterans of Granger. We had a good turnout.
