    Confirmed Mission, Spec. Alex Hernandez 21, US Army Active Duty
    The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family to participate in the service for Spec. Alex Hernandez, US Army active duty who was stationed in Kandahar, Afgahistan. He passed away on May 12th, 2012.

    Date/Time: Friday, May 25th 2012, 10:00am

    Location: St. Ignaius Catholic Church, 126 W. Oltorf, Austin Tx
    Directions: Going south on IH 35, cross the river bridge and take the exit for Oltorf St. Go west on Oltorf St. and cross South Congress Ave. The church will be on the right.

    8:45am – 9:15am – Staging
    9:15am – Briefing
    9:30am – Flag Line

    Wx: Partly cloudy, lo of 73 and hi of 92 deg. (KVUE Wx)
    Notes: Please arrived fueled, fed and hydrated. Bring a bottle of water for you and one for a friend. Sunblock recommended.
    After the service, we will proceed in an LEO escorted procession to Cook-Walden Forest Oaks Cemetery at 6300 W. William Cannon Dr. for interment.

    We had 14 bikes and 15 members attending today for the service and interment of Spc. Hernandez. Thanks to all who came out to honor him and his family.
    Thanks also to J. C. for wrangling the flags, and to the APD Motors for another excellent safe escort to the cemetery.
    For Robert, Terry, Juan, and keith who went the extra distance to accompany the family and their hero to the church, your time and efforts were greatly appreciated.
