    Extremely short notice – Austin Airport Recovery mission, Today, Wednesday, 31 March 2010

    SGT Noelle Pagliaro, US Army active duty, passed away after having returned home from deployment. She will be returned to Austin this evening, and her family has requested the participation of the PGR in the airport recovery and procession to Cook Walden Forest Oaks funeral home in south Austin.

    Funeral services are planned for Friday, 2 April, time to be determined.

    Austin Staging:

    Date/Time: Wednesday, 31 March 2010, flight arrival time 6:00 pm (1800 hrs) via Delta Airlines

    PGR will stage at the US Postal Facility at Austin airport (ABIA.)

    Directions: From TX 71, take the ABIA CARGO exit and turn south onto Spirit of Texas Dr. At the first stop sign, turn right onto Freight Lane. Stay left at the fork and continue to USPS facility parking lot, which is on the right at the end of the road. Map link: tinyurl.com/ABIAUSPS

    Timeline:
    4:30 – 5:15 pm staging
    5:15 pm briefing
    6:00 pm scheduled flight arrival

    Wx: Partly cloudy, high of 85. Bring two bottles of drinking water.

    Notes: Arrive fed, fueled and hydrated. PGR will accompany the procession to Cook Walden Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, approx. 14 miles. As always, Semper Gumby.
