Highs just above freezing in the city, winds of 25+ MPH.

SERIOUSLY, it is OK to "cage it". I will be.

If you are on a bike, remember how windy it will be. Big flags are not recommended. Safety first!

Dress for conditions and remember your gloves for when we're in the flag line.
