February 18, 2020 at 1:47 pm #5498SoupCampbellModeratorIt was a beautiful warm day in Albert, Texas for the graveside service for MCPO Schupp. We had 13 members in the flag line. There were 11 bikes and a cage. Nicki arrived early and staked flags at the entrance. The sons, daughters and grandson of Master Chief Schupp and many friends, expressed their sincere thanks for our presence. Their expressions of gratitude were heart warming for our members and often included the phrase "we cannot thank you enough for being here". There was an overflow crowd at this small country cemetery with some forced to park out on the highway. It was great to see so many people honoring this hero and it was indeed an honor for us to be part of it. RIP MCPO Schupp.
