Confirmed Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral and interment services for Alice Dell’Acqua.  Ms. Dell’Acqua served four years in the US Navy from 1956 to 1960, leaving the service as a PN3 (Personnelman Petty Officer Third Class).

Date/Time: Monday, 23 February 2026.  Funeral service begins at 9 am.

Location: The Worship Place, 811 Sun City Blvd, Georgetown, TX 78633.  This is the church in Sun City.

Notes: After the start of the funeral service we will strike the flag line and depart quietly. Interment will take place at 11 am the same day at CTSVC in Killeen.  Centex PGR has been invited to participate.

Four PGR stood the flag line on a cold but sunny morning in Georgetown to honor Alice’s service in the US Navy. Her family came out to visit with us prior to the service start and even had us pose for pictures with them. Three of those in the photos were her uniformed active duty grandchildren serving in the US Army, US Navy, and US Coast Guard. That was cool! We were honored to join them.
