Thank you to all who stood for Lt Col Bregger today. Many of the friends and family walked the flag line expressing heartfelt thanks. One lady commented that they "felt so empowered" by our participation.

Lt Col Bregger's son Steve recently retired from the Air Force himself, and he told me his son is considering following his father and grandfather into the service. I'm glad they were both able to see that ordinary Americans who do not know this family were willing to give up a little of their day to show respect and gratitude for such commitment and sacrifice.
