Quite an impressive turnout today given that only about 15 hours advance notice was given. Our membership amazes me how we can assemble on such short notice. By the time we got to the church we had 18 flags flying.

Sgt. Garcia was the truck driver killed in when the fuel truck he was driving overturned and exploded on MOPAC a couple of weeks ago. The fire was so intense AFD basically had to let it burn itself out. What a horrible accident. Our presence gave some comfort to the family in this terrible time of grief.
