Final Itinerary

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in a welcome home for 180 soldiers from 536 Bravo Company, 36 ID, ARMY National Guard. We will ride with them from the Omni Hotel to the National Guard facility at ABIA where a welcome home event will be held. Please try to join us in welcoming home these Warriors.

Date: Friday, 30 July 2010

Location: Omni Hotel Southpark, 4140 Governors Row, Austin, TX. The hotel is located at the southeast corner of IH35 and Hwy 71 (Ben White Blvd.) Map link: tinyurl.com/OmniSouthpark

Timeline:
8:30 – 8:50 am staging at the hotel
8:50 am briefing
KSU some time between 9:00 and 9:30 am for the approx. 8 mile procession to the National Guard facility at ABIA.

Wx: Mostly cloudy in the morning, then mostly sunny, high mid 90's.

Notes: Please arrive fed, fueled, and hydrated. We will accompany the buses from the hotel to the airport facility with LEO support. Fly your flags and show our troops we're proud of the job they are doing.
