Confirmed Mission: The family of CSM Melvin Dixon, Sr. has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his interment service. He entered the US Army in 1961 and served 30 years, earning the rank of Command Sergeant Major, the highest enlisted rank attainable. He received numerous medals and commendations, including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with Three Bronze Service Stars, and many other awards recognizing his valor, dedication, and exceptional service.

Timeline:
2:00 – 2:30 pm – Staging at the main building.
2:30 pm – Briefing and relocate to grave site.
2:50 pm – Flag line prior to the procession arrival.
