    Patriot Guard Rider Participation in
Fort Hood Tragedy Killeen Memorial Park Reveal
The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the City of Killeen's Fort Hood Tragedy Memorial Park Reveal being conducted at the Shilo Inn/Killeen Civic & Conference Center on Friday, 5 Nov 10.

Although we are calling our participation a "Flagline," the flags will be prepositioned on rebar. The idea is to be able to interface with the Survivors, their Families and the Families of the Fallen attending this function. We WILL Stand Tall, but do not have to be Silent this time!

To facilitate our participation the following information is submitted:

    Date: Friday, 5 Nov 10

    SET UP.
This portion is for those who wish to assist in setting up the rebar and flags at the ceremony site prior to the ceremony.
Staging Location: The field between the Shilo Inn and the Killeen Civic & Conference Center.

Staging Time: Immediately following the mission at CTSVC.

Additional Info: Upon arrival we will set up the flags on rebar around the ceremony site.

    CEREMONY.

    Staging Time: 1530

    Briefing: 1545

    KSU: 1550

Additional Info: Upon arrival, we will park on the road along the north side of the ceremony site. During the ceremony, Members may man a flag or simply observe the ceremony. Afterward attendees may wish to come over to see the bikes and visit with us. Please feel free to interact.

WX: Sunny, with a high near 70. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Notes: Please arrive hydrated, bring water for you and a buddy and dress in accordance with the weather conditions.

REMEMBER, THESE ARE MANY OF THE SAME FOLKS WE HONORED AT NORTH FORT HOOD LAST YEAR AFTER THE TRAGEDY!
