The family of Mr. Vernon Hunter has invited the PGR to participate in his funeral and interment services. Mr. Hunter was killed when a small plane was deliberately crashed into the Austin IRS office where he worked.

Mr. Hunter served for 20 years in the US Army, including two tours in Vietnam.

Final Itinerary

Date/Time: Friday, 26 February. Services scheduled for 11:00 am

Location: St. James Missionary Baptist Church, 3417 East MLK Jr. Boulevard, Austin, TX 78721. We will stage at the church. Burial to follow at CTSVC in Killeen.

0930 – 1005 hrs staging (9:30 – 10:05 am)

1015 hrs flag line in place.

Wx: Mostly cloudy, low 36 deg, high 56 degF, 20% chance of rain. Please bring your own drinking water.

Notes: Arrive fueled, fed, and hydrated. Park on the west side of the building as directed by the RC to minimize the parking area occupied by the bikes. At the conclusion of the service we will join the procession up to CTSVC in Killeen, approx. 60 miles, where we will fall under the direction of the Centex PGR ride captain for the burial service.
