    Confirmed Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral service for Mr. Jeffery Scott Bowles. Mr. Bowles served 2 years in the US Air Force from 1982 to 1984. He left the service as an Airman E-2.

    An obituary has not been published.

    Date/Time: Monday, 26 November 2018. Funeral service scheduled at 11 am.

    Location: Celebration Church, 601 Westinghouse Rd, Georgetown, TX 78626. We will stage at the church. The service will be at the annex facing Rabbit Hill Road.

    10:00 am – 10:20 am – Staging
    10:20 am – Briefing
    10:25 am – Flag line

    Wx: Hi 56 deg, partly cloudy.

    Notes: Bring a bottle of water for yourself and one for a friend. This is a flag line only for the funeral. After the start of the service we will strike the flag line and depart quietly.

    We had nine in the flag line for Mr. Bowles on a chilly but thankfully sunny morning. Many of his friends and family thanked us for being there and took photos of the flag line. Also out front was a vintage hot rod in not-quite-completed condition. Mr. Bowles was a hot rod enthusiast. Another was pulling up as we were departing.

    Thank you again Don for wrangling flags and for posting some at the two entrances to the church.

    RIP Jeffrey Scott Bowles.
