The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family to stand and honor Scott Russell for funeral services and military honors on Saturday (May 11) at Community Bible Church, at 10:00am. Scott is a Vietnam Veteran, who retired from the Air Force as a Master Sergeant after 22 years of service. The Patriot Guard will stand a flag line prior to the funeral service, then once the service is over another flag line will be formed while the Air Force presents military honors outside the church. There will be no interment (procession) as Scott will be cremated. If available, please try to attend to honor one of our Veterans and help support the family during their time of loss. Thank you.
Note: To avoid possible confusion/congestion, staging will be more to the South of the church parking lot since there will be other riders present that were friends of Scott, that will move out with the family after the service. Look for the flag truck for staging.
