    Confirmed San Antonio Mission
First Sergeant Dan Pena (Army Retired)

The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family to stand and honor First Sergeant Dan Pena (Army Retired), for interment services with military honors on Friday (Nov 23), at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:00pm. 1st Sgt. Pena served in WWII and fought in Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge, then finished his military career after serving in the Korean War. He retired from the Army with numerous medals including two Purple Hearts, the Silver Star and the Bronze Star. South Texas PGR stood for 1st Sgt. If available, please try to attend to honor one of our Veterans and help support the family during their time of loss. Thank you.
