Final Itinerary – Lt Col Frank E. Bregger, USAF (Ret), Funeral & Interment
The Patriot Guard Riders are honored to have been invited by the family of Lt Col Frank Bregger to participate in his funeral and interment services. Lt Col Bregger served his country as a pilot during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, retiring in 1974 after 22 years of service in the US Air Force. He remained an active airplane owner and pilot until earlier this year when illness finally grounded him.
Date/Time: Thursday, 01 October 2009. Funeral service scheduled for 1400 hrs (2:00 pm)
Location: Harrell Funeral Home, 4435 Frontier Trail, Austin, TX 78745. We will stage at the funeral home.
Directions: The funeral home is located in South Austin near the intersection of South Lamar and Ben White Blvd. If traveling west on Ben White/Hwy 71 from IH35, exit at West Gate/Lamar Blvd and take the loop under the hwy to the east bound service drive. Please arrive fed, fueled, and hydrated. At the conclusion of the funeral service we will join the procession to Live Oak Cemetery on Twin Creeks Rd in Manchaca, approx. 12 mi, where we will establish a flag line for the interment service.
